What is this process in win 7 ?
Neti.exe*32. SYSTEM 2896K.

A quick check on google didn't reveal to much.

In task manager, right click, open file location?

Its a packet sniffer process, to disable try the following:

[windows-key] + [R]
enter: "services.msc" , press enter
find the "Neti" service (might be called Neti@HOME)
right-click on service, select properties
change "startup-type" to "disabled" from drop down menu
change service status to "stopped"
click "apply", close window

Restart machine and check if process is still running
