It doesnt. any netload link e.g. http://netload.in/datei2AQORgcP5D/VIDEO_TS.r00.htm just doesnt work. when you put in the code (the capcha code) it always says you typed it in incorrectly. any other internet (friends ADSL, work internet, my alternate mtn internet etc etc) all work.

Please please please please....I dont know what the problem is, all I know is that the problem lies with Iburst. Sort it out. :erm:  :( :wtf:

Myth confirmed  ..curious to check the allegation I tried the above link and on my itBust, it failed. On the very next download attempt on my CellC speedstick, it went straight through where it had failed before. FYI, this from Win7/64 IE8.

definately not a myth. I know a while back there was a similar problem with rapidshare, when downloading from the browser, but I have discovered ways around that using download managers. unfortunately this work-around doesnt work for netload.

Interesting that my comment on dynamic IPs was deleted, considering it is more than likely the reason...

Will take this up with @ambroseg1 offline and see if we can fix.

just wanted to post that I did manage to get hold of you via e-mail. Thanks for the assistance. Will provide feedback to the forum once we know whats happening.

We have double checked the address. Do you still have an issue. My question is whether the download you are doing uses another IP than [85.131.244.110] ?

how do I check if the download uses another IP address?

P.S. I just tried it again, and it wont load. it times out and I get the "internet explorer cannot display this page" message. Actually this problem is surfacing quite a lot lately with many websites.

Maybe this has something to do with it:

"inactive files are removed after 30 days"

huh? when the file was active it didnt work. havent checked if its still there.

Google any netload link and try to download using Iburst. IT WONT WORK!! The link I posted was merely an example for the lazy.

nevermind. should have known better than to expect help.
