Netstar issue

Hello.

It’s been 5 months I’ve been battling with Netstar for a billing issue, sending countless emails and spending hours on the phone.

Once finally sorted, I have been made aware that the backup unit for my Tracker has never been installed and cannot get anybody to answer my notice of breach since one week.

I have tried the various customer services and the escalation email address to not avail.

Would anybody have the contact details of a manager there ?

Funny enough, I receive an answer that my query is being investigated 1h after posting this...
 
Maybe move to another provider mate? Imagine when they have to find your car and they start ducking and diving...

2 year contract.

I could go the way of breach of contract and probably fight months with them (or years seeing how long they take to answer), but I would mean taking the current tracker out, then installing a new tracker with another company. That's way more intervention on the car and potential issues down the line than I would like.
 
If you stop paying they cancel don't they?

With the billing issue, I don't pay yet as it wasn't delinked from my old insurer. I should start paying next month.

And I'd rather avoid the hassle of getting a potential credit incident for such a small amount.

Anyway, I'll see what they say, they seemed to have taken the matter seriously this time (at least I got a written answer for the first time in 4 months).
