Netstat /a shows all open tcp/ip pipes...
Is there anything to shut them all down?
Just wondering!

you will need to shut down the services/program that have the apps running on. use tcpview from sysinternals to see which ports are open and which process owns the ports. there's no app to shut them all down at once, apart from disabling your nic :)

netstat -n | grep -ci tcp
87 connections on a 128/384kbps line. Anyone so far found an optimal number to limit outgoing and incoming torrent connections, think the line is being flooded with overhead rather than downloading actual data.
