Network cable unplugged

Anyone with advice. I'm strugling with a network connection that intermittantly says "network cable unplugged" and then immediately says "local area connection connected".
What I have done so far:
1)I have tested the cables with a cable tester.
2)Replaced the switch that the cable plugs into.
3)Reinstalled the network adaptor.

Anything else??
 
Yeah im guessing its the power saving mode thats the problem.
Check under control panel too and see if there is anything funny in power management too.
 
When I had that problem I was with Aerosat and the power supply unit connected to my router on the roof was faulty.

Try another PSU.
