Network Cable: Where in East Rand?

Where in the East Rand of Johannesburg can I have 15m network cable made up? Incredible Corruption charges about R270 for 20m which is way to expensive.

Is the ±R270 way out of line for 15m cable? Prophecy have 20m for ±R37.00
