Help Desk Support Technician required at major WISP in Gauteng.
Duties:
- 1st line telephonic customer support for internet and VoIP telephone services
- Log support calls
- Resolve support calls
- Keep customers up to date regarding logged tickets and new installtions
- Monitor and troubleshoot core and customer network infrastructure
Required Qualifications:
- CCNA/CCNP
- Experience working with outdoor wireless networks (Ubiquity, Mikrotik, Cambium, RADWIN, Alcoma and/or SAIE)
- Experience working on VoIP telephone systems
- Experience working with advanced networking and routing (OSPF, BGP)
- Good telephone and communication skills in English (and optionally Afrikaans)
Starting salary: Neg (Depends on skills and experience)
Office location: Roodepoort, Gauteng
