Iam operating from Cosmo city ext 4 and iam signed up on 5G that i have never used cause of reception,my router is on top of the roof as we talk but still my reception is bad,lately these past two to 5 days have been the worst with upload speeds being at 0.2mbps and download nothing.Please help or point me in the right direction

I also stay in Cosmo City ext 7 and im experiencing the same problem. Ive sent Rain numerous email and i get auto replies directing me to page that doesnt work.
This is frastrating because there is noone to call from Rain Support office.
Im now considering other avenues.....

Hi guys, so you know we have two sites in Comso City. One was vandalized for the third time but this time really badly, everything gone or destroyed. We have been rebuilding the site for the last three days and are now waiting on eskom to provide us with new power cable. Once that is done we will be back up and things will return to normal. As a result of this tower been down the othert tower is carrying double the traffic and as this is a busy area it is struggling. I have asked planning team to build more sites in this area - so will let everyone know
