Network issues around Gauteng?

Hi Guys and Gals,

Any one notice some network strangeness around Gauteng (maybe even broader)?

There seem to be short periodic outages on some of the networks. I have heard reports of Telkom mobile, and Vodacom guys losing their internet for a while with no messages going in or out despite having very good signal. I have started experiencing similar issues with my VPN connection to the office (ADSL) and to one of my clients? I work fine for a while and then nothing for two or three minutes and then bam back to normal?

Any one else or is this just me?

I'm in Hyde Park today. Also experiencing the same thing on MTN and FNB Connect
