Zabbix is also a good choice but requires some time to get working nicely.
 
We've been using n-able n-central (commercial product) for a while now and it's running really nicely. We've also been working with them to extend the monitoring to Linux and FreeBSD.

We have been using a product called Manage Engine (Desktop Central MSP 8) is the one you would need http://www.manageengine.com/desktop-management-msp/. It cheap and a awesome product with awesome support.
It does everything you need it to do for you site.

As an System Engineer we use this at Hosting platform to support multiple Clients via Remote Manage Services.
Busy upgrading to IT360 from them as well.

Good luck in choosing. I know what a headache it can be :)

I used several tools in my company Nagios, Cacti, Icinga, but we are currently using Pandora FMS.

With Pandora FMS you have at your disposal the power of multiple tools in just one. With the same tool you can monitor the entire network using SNMP, ICMP, TCP like Nagios, Cacti checks, but the power of Pandora FMS agents is superior and easily allows you to configure all the modules you want sharing the load of all these executions between agents, rather than perform the primary server.
