network optimized, 2nd nat removed

look like 3th layer router is removed(one nat is removed), and Iburst is having enough ip resource, my router has public ip address now. no more private ip address. am i correct ? the quality of network should be better.

Well spotted, this is great news as Dynamic DNS will now work from the router as well :)
 
will this mean the torrent speeds will increase?
