Network performance issues

Axxess uncapped 384.
There is a problem with the threshold management.
My download speed stays the same in the times where I'm supposed to have full speed.
This means that the line is remains throttled after 8PM in the evenings and even now overt the weekend.
This has been ongoing for two weeks now.
Logged more than one call at Axxess.
Problem has not been resolved.
Sucks big time.:mad:

Any other similar issues from other ISP's?
 
noticed same sorta thing, but it is faster than during the day. still not full speed though
 
What is concerning is that Axxess cannot resolve the problem...
 
what is more scary is that I work right next to the IS engineers - and they not even aware of anything!!!!
 
one of my downloads r currently running @ 241KB/s
