Network Settings --> Network --> Preferred mode: --> 3G Only?

Hi.

I've noticed on this device that it likes switching to 2G when the 3G signal is weak.
2G is next to useless and even a bad 3G signal is better than 2G.

There is an option In the device settings menu: http://192.168.1.1/html/mobilenetworksettings.html
Network Settings --> Network --> Preferred mode: --> 3G Only

to select 3G only. But when you try save you get an error. (See attached.)

Does anyone know how to get around this?

If you set the connection to "manual" under dialup --> mobile connection.
http://192.168.1.1/html/mobileconnection.html

then you can choose and save 3g only option.
