Network Shared calendar

Wow...hope I'll get one response at least!

Guys I'm looking for a software solution with which I can share two Outlook calendars with 5 other people on the same network?

That sounds really simple right? wrong! :'(. But preferably freeware

I have tried:
* 3x calendar sharing software...payed for it but had too much trouble!
* Google calender, Google Sync on the two main systems, which calendar must be
shared, and bunch of third party google calendar readers on the other 5 systems.

Troubles I've had:
* Google calendar gets really irritated with two people sharing a calendar and updating at
the same time...never mind 5!
* The software I've tried aren't completely user friendly...meaning someone always
manages to mess up with DIRE results

So please if anyone can help me I would be extremely appreciative!

Cause google has helped me thus far....nothing more it seems to be offering.
