Network Status and Incident Report

Is there a good reason why the Incident Report link on the Iburst home page menu leads to error "Error 102 (net::ERR_CONNECTION_REFUSED): The server refused the connection"?

I was getting a similar response from the Network Status link although I have just managed to link to it now. The Jbg area is indicated as having radio issues. Trying a second time though will not connect.

My connection speed is poor today. Less than 200kbps with ping > 200ms. I usually have close to 1Mbps. I am in Pretoria and use an external antenna.

Is anyone else experiencing this loss of speed today?

Interesting, it seems iBurst have not had any 'incidents' since April 21.
