Centurion based ISP is look for a passionate and energetic individual to join our network team as a Technical support engineer :*
Duties and roles :*
Handle incoming telephone and ticket system support queries*
Assist clients with setting up wireless AP's, fibre routers, Wireless CPE devices.*
Trouble shoot connectivity issues from no connection to slow throughput*
Assist with set up of home and corporate networks. DHCP, subnetting, NAT etc.*
Candidate must have understanding of networking : cable and wireless technologies
A good phone and email etiquette and the ability to work under pressure.*
