Good day
Am from the small village in Eastern Cape under Queenstown our small town is Whittlesea. My village name is Sibonile we are struggling with cellphone network we have zero network, u have to take taxi to town in order for us u to make a phone call which is very expensive we can't afford to even call police or ambulance when the is a problem. School and kids don't have any access to internet they are struggling please help us with tower.

@Vuyiswa limekhaya , while you are in town, try to buy

1 x Vodacom sim card
1 x Telkom sin card
1 x MTN sim card

Then when you get home, test out all 3 networks and see if you can get a signal.

If you get a signal, you can port your existing number to the best network.

(By the way, there is no need to buy a Cell C sim card because they no longer have their own towers. They simply use Vodacom/MTN infrastructure to operate their network.)

So is there any tower. Go to the website of the providers and see which one claim to have network at your place on the map. If this and dappermandan advice doesn't work, write a letter so they can provide a service to the community.
