Networks that provide unrestricted APNs

Hi,

I am looking to install a fixed LTE connection so that my remote offsite monitoring can watch my cameras.
They mentioned that they need a network that can give an unrestricted APN.
Currently, Telkom will allow this, but I dont have great Telkom reception.

Is there any other network that will allow an unrestricted APN and if so, how do I go about getting it enabled?

Both our MTN Air Mobile and MTN Fixed LTE packages have public IP's

Telkom, no need for you to sign a form requesting unrestricted access, just use the unrestricted APN, however the IP will change.
Vodacom, you need to fill in a form for unrestricted access and IP will change

If you go with the above you prolly need a dynamic DNS service.

In terms of a public IP? No we can toggle nat on and off as required.

The MTn Fixed LTE had device and location restrictions where are air mobile does not.

No unfortunately we do not provide static IPs for Mobile or LTE.

so are they restricted or not? Especially the fixed LTE?

You don't need a static ip for remotely accessing your home network and you don't need a public IP address or any kind of port forwarding. Just set up a reverse proxy like Cloudflare Tunnel and you can securely access your home network.
