I know this is a long shot but i was diagnosed about a week ago with this and damn does it hurt just wondering if anyone else has got this and what they do for the pain i just bite my lip and wait for it to go away

Well I guess if he's in constant pain for no apparent reason from time to time and there is physically nothing wrong, not much of an opinion he can have by saying the pain doesn't really exist?
 
Yeah ive been reading up on it and honestly i have more the symptoms and common traits assosiated with atypicla trygeminial neuralgia but i think i need to find a neurologist to be sure oh fun
 
insanity - how long did this last with you? sorry to resurrect this thread but i am going off my head with pain here now. on strong pain killers - jurnista. am going to the maxo facial surgeon on monday for a scan.

When I first got it it was for a couple of weeks straight there after I had it off and on normaly if there was a big climate chain one day hot next day cold but I haven't had any pain for a while... The maxilla will be the best solution as it could just be a tooth that's causing the problem

my doctor wanted to admit me into hospital yesterday because i have RSD as well. but i'm not doing this morphine stuff. can't tolerate it. makes me feel too ill. i'll sit it out thanks.

I must admit when i do have attacks it is one of the most painful things ever im lucky though i do have a very high pain threshold
