Hi All

Just a warning that supersonic pre and after sales service is the worst according to me and I have used telkom ADSL service for the past 10 years. I signed up for fibre with supersonic with the understanding that there would be no clawback period because the sales person said so, even though the T&C's said so the sales person said this was outdated. After relocating to a new residence a few months later and thus canceling the fibre service I received a clawback debt order to my cheque without an invoice or statement being sent. BTW no one ever got back to me after sending the cancellation email, not even a reply via email or phone call and this is supposed to be the standard operating procedure for cancellations.

I also tried the FLTE service directly after relocation but due to the trust being broken with the FTTH solution I decided to cancel this service and the same thing happened. Multiple calls/emails and whats apps message to customer service but still no cancellation happened after 2 months of notice I am still being debited for the service. Also I have not received any phone call or email to confirm cancellation.

Just sharing my experience so that no one else makes the same mistake.

That's why you get everything in writing...business is all about money, and they will gladly screw you over.

Also made the mistake of choosing to deal with them at the end of February this year.
Impossible to reach them, they could not even get my service activated. After I canceled and sent their router back at my cost, they decided to courier me another one and continued to debit my account even though they could not provide a service.

Glad I got my money back after getting in contact with the ISPA. Will never deal with Supersonic again.

I've got family in an estate in GP and they are with supersonic - also been having major issues for weeks. Fibre is on its way here (KZN, South coast), which will be trenched by a smaller FNO, yet open network, but only a few ISP's to choose from (hopefully it keeps growing). Noticed Supersonic is one of them.. Guess I'll stay away from Supersonic.

Agree 100%. This company is an absolute sham. Also signed up for the 1 month try before buy promotion offer in Mar/19 and now moved house and tried to cancel service - absolutely terrible awful painful experience. On top of that, even after copying/pasting their ad, they are insisting to bill a clawback penalty. Seriously? They all refer to terms and conditions yet NOTHING specific on what clawback period or penalties are on their website T/C.

If you're reading this, save yourself the pain and disgust of dealing with this pathetic excuse for a company or service provider. At the end of day it is MTN, so you can expect the worse of everything.
