I've had an OKI laser at home for years and works well - the individual OEM replacement toners are a bit expensive, but found that filling them myself is much cheaper - you cannot refill the toner cartridges that originally come with the printer, so need to shell out on at least 1 original replacement set - then use a decent replacement toner and some resets from ebay.
Brother is also good, agree to steer clear of Samsung.
As mentioned, look at the toner/drum replacement costs first before making a decision.
It also depends on the number of prints you will be making daily/monthly? Don't go for a cheap-a$$ printer with a low volume output if you're doing medium/high volume prints, as you'll end up with issues...
