New ADSL line help needed.

Hello there. Quick question. Sorry this my phone browser. Just got adsl but cant connect to internet on my billion router. I can only get to telkom website even when bridged and dialled into my webafrica acc. Wasn't there something about registering on their site? l cant find anything and currently on phone holding on for ten mins so far. Thanks all.

Anyway thanks Juggy, this is from my DSL line. Seems Telkom forgot to mention this important bit of info :/ and the only way I knew about it was recalling it from somewhere in these forums but couldn't find it on my cellphone without great difficulty
