wow, those prices are quite competitive, although have been on axxess local only for a while and have had many problems connecting to saix news server. I recently bought a TelkomInternet account and it has no problems connecting at any times. Does the saix news server favour connections from TelkomInternet over other ISPs?

Yeah, unfortunately Telkom Internet - through grossly anti-competitive means - still have by far the most appealing offers available.

Compare their 2GB international + 20GB local to Axxess's 15GB local - both cost R150 per month.
