Axxess Prepaid Vouchers available at all ENGEN & Pick n' Pay stores nation wide can now be used to topup any of our Prepaid accounts.
You can only do the transfer in your CUSTOMER CONTROL PANEL. See link to screen capture:
http://mybroadband.co.za/photos/showphoto.php?photo=2289&size=big&cat=590

Example:
1GB Axxess Prepaid Voucher will add 600MB to your Axxess Prepaid Unshaped account <-- NEW
1GB Axxess Prepaid Voucher will add 5.8GB to your Axxess Prepaid Local Only account <-- NEW
1GB Axxess Prepaid Voucher will add 1GB to your Axxess Prepaid Shaped account.

These voucher transfers will only work with the following Axxess ADSL account types:
Axxess Prepaid Shaped
Axxess Prepaid Un-Shaped
Axxess Prepaid Local Only

Please note that it must be a unused voucher. If you have used some of it then the voucher transfer will not work.

Just want to be clear on this, as I might need it in the next 2/3 days, do I need an existing local only/Shaped/Unshaped account to use this? Or can I just buy the prepaid voucher and convert it into a new local only/Shaped/Unshaped?

Looks very good, though, regardless of the answer.

Hi Avatar

You will still need a Axxess Prepaid account for the above to work. But we are busy working on a solution similar to your question.
Hope to have it complete very soon.

Cool. Let us know when the solution is done. Would be cool if one could buy a 5.8 local at Engen for cash. Or 600mb unshaped for the occasional gaming.:)

How's the solution coming along?

I just topped up my prepaid account via the engen website with 1GB but I can't convert it to 5.8GB.

Should I just wait for the feature to be implemented, will I then be able to convert my 1GB bandwith to 5.8gb local-only?

I haven't used a single-bit of bandwith from the account since topping up.

I have PM'd you my username.

Please advise.

Thanks.
