New bed base?

The base of our queen bed base set is broken. We only want to buy a new bed set or mattress in December.

Would it to be recommended to buy just a base now? Our mattress seams ok. It just needs a proper support underneath it.

What prices could we expect to pay for a queen base? At Dial a bed they are charging us R1200 for a Sealy base which is from a R10000 base set.

They are down in stateway, next to Bedelia school. Someone bought one last week there.

We were in Welkom today. I'll phone them tomorrow, thanks.

Our current bed is a Dynamic Bedding bed from bed city. We might be looking at the same bed. Just stagger the purchase if the price is right.

Could always throw one together - assuming you have the tools.

Essentially the base is a big covered pallet with legs.

We paid R2500 for a complete base and mattress.

They are only open saturday mornings, not sundays, on a weekend.
