New Bill Delayed

Can someone please stop putting pictures of ivy on the front page.... :)
 
To be brutally honest I really am not surprised at all, the only time I will believe something related to the internet is when I see it in action, drafts, promises and schedules mean nothing in this country.
 
gah, another spanner.. I think its time we charge them for every day late(if only we could!).

and another few months go past, at this rate we gonna hit end of 2007, when LLU is originally planned, and SAFE is around etc. someone kick them for me.
 
Would it be illegal to advertise the position of DoC as being available in the newspapers and invite applicants to send their c.v.'s to the President?

This would be in conjunction with my Send the President a pen campaign™
 
I don't wan't to be a party pooper here, but how good is this EC Bill. I don't know what it says, but there were numerous issues with the old Convergence Bill. I just hope this isn't going to be a case of the devil you know...

Wouldn't the DoC offload their shares before doing anything that would hammer the Telkom share price?

Good point. The president's probably trying to sell his shares, but nobody's interested in buying. As soon as people begin realising it's not going to be signed, they will start buying the shares and the bill will get signed.
