New call termination regulations incoming

We all know what an ICASA draft regulation means. About as valuable as a roll of toilet paper...
 
I wish ICASA was like that wolf but watch, this will be revised to a new target 3 yrs down the line. Then again with Telkom Mobile being a net loss and gov having to buy more shares into Telkom we will likely see the klout that was sorely missing over the last almost 2 decades to reduce the costs of telecoms in SA.. dunno if it will be enough to make it as cheaper than the rest of Africa (as it should be for an infrastructure rich + mature+ advance telecoms industry country).
