So I needed to phone their helldesk regarding a query.
Dialled 0860 10 20 43 and a male voice informed me blah blah this and that blah, then he asked me what I wanted to do.
So I responded "unauthorized debit order" - and it clearly was not in that robot's vocabulary as it responded back with "I did not quite get that".
*sigh*
After a couple of retries I managed to get it to transfer me, and the call immediately dropped.
Not impressed, I much prefer the older system of "press 1 to do this, press 2 to do that".
Anybody had any luck with this new thing?
