That's cheap. Skylanders retailers for R799 and the 12Gb retails for around R2499, or am I missing something ?

That price at incredible was "incredible"

Did anyone else get a ps3 from incredible for R1499? Mine arrived today and it's looks like crap. It's definitely a demo or refurbished unit. Pretty un impressed

Well you did pay R1499 for it.

New one is R2999.
 
I saw on another forum, lotsa people got demo's. Some were not original packaging and others had scratches.

That is utter bs if you ask me. It's all fine and well offering a great deal but then make sure you state that it's a demo. I bought one on the pretenses that it was new. O well.
 
That's why they sold it online only.
Had to get the demos from the various stores and ensure customers don't inspect them.

Just make sure you clean the controllers.

Thats pretty sneaky if you ask me. I am going to take then to task on this.
 
CPA will protect you on that one if it wasn't clearly stated.. Actually even if it was as long as you take it back within a reasonable timeframe.
 
Also got mine yesterday. The box looks like crap, but the controller is new and even the unit itself looks new. So might have been a refurbished one, dunno...

I am not too upset, but also would have liked to know beforehand that it is a demo/refurb... And it definitley did not say that, i would have remembered.

I know. Brand new in packaging, I expected it to be a return or recon.

No mention of demo model on their promo. They should have been honest.

I know that when PS3 fat / slim go on special then its demo / refurbish stock but then stores mention that. I've bought a lot of specials from incredible online in the last 6 months and everything has been new. Sometimes the packaging indicates it was very old stock.

BT Games but it depends on what you want. Some stores might still have the 12Gb + Skylanders for 2K. They also have the Vita Bundle for R2K

You can upgrade the Super Slim to HDD, BT Games sell the bracket for R200 and then just slot in a 2.5" HDD.
 
Does anyone know of good deals for a PS3? Either a 320GB or 500GB with an extra controller. Not too sure on the best places to look.
