New cool ideas/frogfoot order

Good day.

I was hoping someone on the forum could assist. I ordered a new line from frogfoot with Cool Ideas as my selected ISP. Frogfoot scheduled the installation for today and it has been completed.

The issue comes in that when I placed the order on frogfoot's website, none of the info was sent through to Cool Ideas. I did do a seperate order with Cool Ideas as per their advice over the phone, but it seems there is a disconnect between Cool Ideas and Frogfoot as the orders do not seem to be linked.

According to Frogfoot the installation is done and activated, but Cool Ideas seems to be having issues tracing it. Is there anything I can do from my side to speed up the process
