New data contract - cooling-off period

Hi guys,

A colleague of mine, without speaking to anyone first, went ahead this morning and signed a 24 month data contract with MTN on Saturday.

After he saw some threads here, he is now quite worried (as he should be...) about having made a mistake.

Is there a cooling-off period with this contract, can he return the modem and void the deal, or has he just made a huge mistake and will be paying for it for the next 24 months?

Please give us some good news...

Unless he ends up speaking to someone really simpathetic....they will most likely hold him to the 24 month contract.

There are cooling off periods for all contracts, maybe PM dominic for some advice
