New Device Google Authenticator Altcointrader.

Hi to all.

Hope someone can help me out here.

I got a new device and used Google 2 factor Authenticator for Luno and Altcointrader on my old device

Luno was sorted but f@¢k knows how to do it on Altcointrader.

Emailed them but all I get back is an automated reply that ticket has been closed because of blah blah blah.

If I struggle like this with a simple little thing like just removing or resetting the authentication I think I must move my crypto out as soon as I have access again.

This is what they want.

Still not got to it because of my busy schedule. But will have to sooner or later.

As I am sure you are aware we can not simply remove your GA 2 Step-Verification as this is a security risk to you the account holder. Please send a picture of yourself holding your id next to your face together with a piece of paper written AltCoinTrader and todays" date.Please also send a clear, full-page copy of your proof of residency not older than three months.Once we have revived this we will then look into removing the GA. Please also note that for security reasons it may take 1 to 5 working days to remove the GA.
