Got my bandwidth report this morning. Had 2 gigs left. My PC is not on during the day.
Logged in this afternoon only to discover that I have 8mb's left. Had to do a top-up.
I have VAS, so it can't be that.
Anybody else experiencing this? I did not upgrade as I was happy with my current package.
 
Maybe try to message one of the iBurst people here on the forums, they could probably help.
They have been extremely helpful with me, and I had a similar problem the other day.

Try r00igev@@r or remot. (Both work for iburst and are members on the forums)
 
Thanks Voodoomon, I did post here so that either r00igev@@r or remot can help. This has happened before when packages are changed for whatever reason. What irritates me, is that I have to buy bandwidth while this gets sorted out every single time.
I just don't understand iBurst anymore, so yay new packages!!! But then the old trouble starts again as soon as the pricing or data packages change.

Same problem here - when I migrated my bandwidth usage showed as 20 GB, with only 1 GB available as anytime (about what I carried over from last month).

I've sent 2 queries via the iBurst website, but no joy :(

Yeah that might explain a lot I checked my bandwith and also found out that I have nothing left for the first time in ages I then just migrated my contract to solve my problem, and decide to cut down on you tube videos cause something is seriously wrong but this explains it.

Anyway i can report migrating my contract to the new packages went without any hiccups and I do have 5 times more bandwith for the same price so not complaining today and points for iburst for getting it right and keeping in play with compitetion
