Anyone else tried them yet?

Jalapeno is a waste of time. Pretty tasteless tbh.

Hopefully the tomato taste better.

The tomato is not good at all. No spice or tangy tomato flavour.
Might be good with a dip but yeah, a waste of time.

--- Wish they would bring back Spicy Tomato NikNaks though...

Speaking of chips anyone try the Woolworths branded chips?

I saw Lamb chop and wors flavour on my way out unfortunately so didnt want to stand in queue again.

I actually enjoyed the Jalapeno one to be honest. The tomato one is rubbish though

Woolies' Chips are quite nice - I have a few favs, though most of them are puffs.

They have an awesome Cheese & Onion chip that is cut nice and thick (very similar to O'Grady's) and some nice 'traditional' flavours too.

I dislike their chips for 2 reasons though: 1) too salty and 2) most packs I've bought the chips are broken to bits (almost fine enough for a baking experiment).

The tomato flavor with an avocado dip is not bad.

Still have to try the jalapeno flavor.

I agree - I can only find the Spicy Tomato Niknaks in the Niknaks assorted bale from Makro.

Bugger. I was hoping the tomato would be good at least.

The New Lays Cheese Gratin is really good. Had some this weekend.

Both flavours are bland. The tomato is mildly spicy but that is just a sensation, not a taste.

I shamelessly admit I like the Tomato Sizzler flavor. Agreed about the Jalapeno Popper one though, very little taste besides burning a bit.

I prefer the jalapeno popper flavour. I actually see the resemblance in flavour to the real thing. The tomato flavour however is very meh. Tastes similar to the blue packet.

Rather spicy but I enjoy it

The rosemary chip is very nice. Their salt and pepper is extremely salty though, so don't buy it no more
