New e-toll fee collection dates and methods cause concern

Concern? Where? Everybody I see has just given them the middle finger.

All sanral have done is increased outa's turnover

I live in Cape Town and the furthest I have driven in my car is Montagu. Nonetheless I have received 3 invoices from SANRAL totalling R3240,00 for driving on some roads in Gauteng

Trying to sort this out is a nightmare. A phone call takes 45 mins and I am asked to prove where I was at the particular times the toll device registered my car. I had to send a certified copy of my car registration document. The registered letter was returned to me after 8 weeks since it was not collected

Why must I prove that I was not driving in Gauteng at a particular time? Surely they must prove to me that it was my car. One of the photos sent to me shows a white Isuzu bakkie, whilst I have a blue Honda. The other pics are of a blue car, but so tiny that I could make it out. My car has CA plates. The last time I was in Gauteng was in 2010 and I went by plane

Your car is obviously leading a secret double life without you knowing about it. I'd sit down and have a serious conversation with your car and set boundaries and expectations.

I don't care what methods they use, Still not paying!

Ignore it.

Ignore it.

Wanted to say exactly the same..

Do you think us Gautengers are just cheapskates? The system is seriously flawed plus skewed to support the ANC's corruption machine, and while giving the peeps who tried to steamroller us the finger has its appeal, there's actually very good reasons why we're risking a lot by not paying for this sheite.
