New e-toll fees: nothing has changed

In all seriousness , I find this very strange.

Was he set up ? I can't see him knowingly saying something that will come out as a lie. He couldn't have thought that it might now with such a hot potato topic.

What did he gain ?
 
Anything is possible but of all people he has the most to lose and extra few mil ain't going to make any difference to him. I am sure one day it will all be revealed
