New proposals by the task team set up by president Cyril Ramaphosa on e-tolls includes motorists paying 10 cents to pass under each gantry - up to a maximum of R100 a month, according to a report in the City Press.

I guess I will refuse to pay until then! But any case did they not put more taxes on petrol to cover for this, wait a minute we already pay so much taxes on petrol and the roads are getting worse and worse, so no I will not even pay R100 for this crap.
