Hi guys we planning to make a new Ehailing app local any ideas will this work
Whats your thoughts on something established localy and made localy employ more people

What would be the stand out feature that would make your ehailing service stand out against Uber and Bolt?

This is already an established market place, unless you have a very serious disruptive feature and VERY serious financial backing I would seriously doubt the idea actually has any legs.

Not realy need financial Backing i design the app myself the ideas is what i am working on and adding a local courier option as in book a courier like uber

As Toxic stated, the market is already well established and you would have to either be extremely competitive or offer something not currently on offer.

Take OrderIn as an example. They just pulled out of the food delivery business, apparently due to a shift in company objectives but using the app, I think it's more because they could just not compete with MrD or UberEats.

No financial backing? And by financial backing, I am talking many tens of millions.

Stop wasting your time.

not yet we not that far we jst pitching the idea lol

So have you considered the support channels and structures, the compliance aspects, the driver and vehicle vetting aspects. All those have standing costs that need to be paid for up front.. hell you need to also need to have a standing fleet before you launch or you are just wasting your time because nobody will use your service when Bolt/Uber provide a better availability.

An app is meaningless if you don't have the backing business structures sorted out.

I like supporting local, and do so whenever local offers equivalent service for equivalent cost.

Uber has pretty good safety practices in place, and yours will have to be better, and convince me that they are better, before I or many others will use your app.
