New Email Notification in Chrome - Outlook.com OWA

Wonder if anyone can advise/recommend how to activate New Email Message notification using Chrome browser on Outlook.com web application (OWA). The downloadable extensions of Chrome do not seem to function well. Is there perhaps a setting Win 7 pro that will work?
