New Fibre Provider? Afritel?

Hey guys afritel started trenching in our streets last week, notice about the trenching was given but no website or any contact details other than a email were provided. I did try and google them with no result, no isps in za have them listed either. Are they a new network or ...? Weve had fibre from Openserve from 2016 which is expensive especially when most isps have a FUP. Does anybody know anything about them, prices, experience or maybe a rep here on the forums? (Port Elizabeth area)

Yip they are route builders, they build for FNO's i think for your area they are building for Metro Fibre, and also Pretoria North side
