New fixed LTE question

Hi Guys,

I recieved my Axxess fixed LTE sim.i have had it in the authorised router for one hour. When I set the connection on 4g only it doesn't pick up one bar saying no service. If I select auto it shows full signal on 3g but obviously won't connect.

Is this correct as maybe it hasn't been Rica yet as it takes 24 hours. There is definitely signal in my area

What was the solution ?

I am with MTN Business and mine has not worked since Dec. Piss poor service from MTN Business.

Switched off and restarted the router

Did that a Million times no luck.
