New Headunit for Old car

Looking for some advice.

I have a 2008 Honda CRV which is just fine and I can't justify replacing it.

I do however want a more modern head unit which will offer bluetooth and specifically Apple CarPlay.

Does anyone have suggestions? Even better if there is some one who can fit it.

I have looked at some Chinese based Android players and while some looks nice, it seems a bit risky as you never quite know what you are likely to get.

Its normally 2 options. And updated OEM looking head unit with questionable chinese components. Or an aftermarket headhunt from a legit company (Alpine Etc) but it looks like a space ship in your old car.
