New info on Intel Sandy Bridge CPU's

I think they're going to launch January and then you'll maybe get something better for the same price or a little more than an i5-750. What setup do you have now? If it's ancient you might as well upgrade but if it's good enough to hold out until then, consider waiting.
 
Remember that Sandy Bridge CPUs will have very strict OC abilities, in fact you will need to purchase a K CPU iirc if you want to be able to OC at all. I remember this from the very first announcements, so things could have changed but I do not recall reading anything of the kind.

Ah well now thats no good, cause I've read that the i5 760 overclocks extremely well, reaching near 4ghz on air alone...

I think I might just get an i5 760 now, while the prices are so good...
