New installation "snoozed " WHAT DOES THAT MEAN?

Please explain when will my Internet be installed. Was suppose to be middle march. Now it is apparently "snoozed" till the 24th WHAT DOES THAT MEAN? I RECEIVED NO COMMUNICATION AND HAVE TO PHONE ALL THE TIME MYSELF. Not very good impression of openserve..or afrihost..
