New IoT chip can protect against quantum computers

MIT researchers have developed a novel cryptography circuit that can be used to protect low-power “internet of things” (IoT) devices in the coming age of quantum computing.

Quantum computers can in principle execute calculations that today are practically impossible for classical computers.

Is it impossible for you not to change the title? New title is misleading, we can already "protect" against quantum computing. The solution presented by the MIT news story is for low-power devices as you mention after the title, after one has clicked on this link.

Is not a bad title and doesn't draw wrong assumptions.

From the MIT site t&c's.
Not sure if the headline is the MIT headline or just the republishing sites own headline.
