New IP address range?

Hi,

I used to always get IP's in the ranges:
- 66.18.80
- 66.18.81
- 66.18.82
- 66.18.83
- 66.18.85
- 66.18.86
With the remote side is always: 66.18.87.50. The above reverse nicely to things like: myw-stp-66-18-81-xx.sentechsa.net

But, tonight my link drops and I get this: 196.26.61.xx. Remote side is still: 66.18.87.50

Ping times and download speed still looks the same, as is standard for my 128k connection... anyone else?

Yeah I get assigned a 196.* ip some times as well.

Can't find the post now, but I remember reading something about 256k users using the 196.* range and 128k users using the 66.*

I really got excited when I saw my IP was in the 196.* range when it first happened to me, but alas, no speed increase
