New IP Block in SA?

Hi guys

I have a few server which I only allow local traffic too and this week I noticed that 2 of my ADSL clients are assigned 105.X.X.X IPs. The one client is a Axxess client and the other I am not sure.

Are these IS IPs? The whois and GEO lookup details didn't yield any results.

What is the IP block's network address if anyone knows?

It's MTN's adsl block 105.236.0.0/16

Vodacom 3G is also using IP's in the 105.*.*.* range
