What should the settings be to ensure internet on the 3g models?

Seems to be having problems. Receiving emails on iPhone but it seems as if similar not happening on iPad. All setting regarding email accounts are in order. Have verified them all .............

Wouldn't "mymtn" work if you have a MTN sim card?

why does Vodacom change the settings of the APN to something that hardly works properly. I have so many people complaining about internet access when all is needed is to change the APN to "internet"

When I went to my local Vodacom agent to acquire a micro sim for my iPad, the first thing they did was to change the APN to "internet" and all was good to go

Also there is a bug in iOS 5.1 so you need to upgrade to 5.1.1 latest one as it addresses this issue. More info on the iPhoneZA site

Try it if all above suggestions fail .
