Just took a big trust fall. I signed up for an account. it was activated and seems to be working. My heart is at rest though as they use EFT for payment so my details don't see them. Will be trying them for the next few months to test and will then report back
Well Webafrica shape capped accounts as far as I know.
I know of only 1 ISP that is 100% unshaped on their accounts and that is itnt.co.za They applied no shaping at all even when they had the adsl data special a while ago.

No ISP is 100% unshaped in south africa... There is always contention either on Telkom's side or IPC contention.
