New ISP

I canceled my Crystalweb account & need a new isp with similar performance to Crystalweb pre Evonet, was trying to signup wit VOX but my payment wont go trough, any other options for ISPs?

Call Vox's helpline. They know their payment portal is an issue and they're trying to fix it, but calling them directly helps.

Otherwise, for ease of use both Afrihost and Axxess do just fine, and they also have a very nice portal and decent cancellation terms.

Also cancelling my CrystalWeb account no internet for days and they want money upfront before i even got fibre. call line goes to a full voice mailbox. live chat dude has 12 customers at a time! useless

The heading said "New ISP" and I thought it was an article about a new ISP in SA. Very misleading thread heading.
